A Plymouth man is behind bars for multiple charges.
On Tuesday morning, June 20, the Plymouth Police Department was notified of a theft that had occurred in the 300 block of Garro Street. The victim in the case was able to provide video footage of the male suspect as he stole an item from outside her home.
Plymouth Police Officers began to look for the suspect and found him at the Red D Mart gas station at the corner of Michigan and Jefferson Streets.
Upon their initial contact, officers identified the suspect as Thomas Neff, 40 years old who has an address of 2523 North Michigan Street in Plymouth, the Economy Inn.
Neff was found to be in possession of various stolen items, drug paraphernalia, and legend drugs.
Neff was also later identified as the suspect that vandalized multiple flowerpots in the downtown business area of Michigan Street.
Thomas Neff was booked into the Marshall County Jail for two counts of Theft from a Vehicle, two counts of Possession of Paraphernalia, and two counts of Possession of a Legend drug or precursor. His cash bond was set at $1,500.
