Plymouth Firefighters responded to AK Industries, Plant 3 at 1420 Stanley Drive Wednesday afternoon, June 21st about 4:30 for the report of a fire.
The Plymouth Fire Department responded with two units and an ambulance.
Assistant Chief Chuy Garcia confirmed that the fire was outside of the building. When firefighters arrived on the scene there were some flames coming from the dumpster and lots of smoke. The fire ended up being fiberglass in a dumpster. There was no damage to the interior of the building and no injuries were reported.
