The Marshall County Plan Commission will consider a request by Thomas Landgrebe to create a Planned Unit Development (PUD) at 3191 Michigan Road north of Plymouth. The meeting is at 7:30 Thursday in the County Buiding.
The property in question is currently the Maple Leaf Trailer Park and is owned by Ron and Judy Davis of Plymouth. Landgrebe would like to place 30 to 60 shipping container homes on the 6.25 acres in the A-3 zoning District.
The Plan Commissioner will also consider the request for a one-lot minor subdivision at 11766 4A Road by Steven and Beverly Richard and the Town of LaPaz has a request for a minor subdivision to reconfigure ground into three parcels in a T-1 zoning District.
The Plan Commission will also hear public comments on the county’s current zoning ordinance and review the 2024 proposed Plan Commission budget.
