A 44-year-old Plymouth man was arrested on Sunday, June 18th for Operating While Intoxicated.
An officer from the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Fifth and Washington Streets at about 1:20 in the morning.
During the officer’s investigation, the driver was identified as Denis N. Cabrera-Ruiz, 44, of 1535 North Michigan Street in Plymouth. The officer believed Ruiz to be intoxicated.
As a result of the investigation, Ruiz was found to be nearly three times the legal limit. He was arrested for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, Operating While Intoxicated over .15, and Operator Never Licensed.
Denis Cabrera-Ruiz was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for four counts.
