A traffic stop by Officer Lovely with the Plymouth Police Department on Saturday resulted in the arrest of a Plymouth man. 

Just after midnight on June 10th the Plymouth Officer stopped a vehicle in the area of Lincoln and Nursery Street after observing the vehicle disregard three separate stop signs.

During the officer’s investigation, it was found that the driver, Rafael Quintana-Romero, 31, of West Jackson Street in Plymouth was intoxicated. ┬áHe was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated – Endangering, and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated – over .15.
