Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were informed of a failure to pay for fuel from Murphy USA on Monday, June 12th at about 9:15 in the morning.
The suspect vehicle, a Green Chevrolet Blazer with Ohio plates took off eastbound on U.S. 30.
The vehicle was located by Sergeant West on U.S. 30 east of King Road. The driver, 41-year-old Ralph Dunston, was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail. He was booked in for Theft and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
