On Tuesday, June 6th a reckless driver was reported westbound on U.S. 30 in the Plymouth area. The vehicle was located, and a traffic stop was conducted on U.S. 30 near Queen Road.
During the investigation, it was determined that the driver had a suspended driving status through Ohio. K9 Castor was deployed and there was a positive indication on the vehicle. A syringe and drug paraphernalia were located.
Ralph Dunston, 41, of London, OH was detained and transported to the Marshall County Jail for Driving While Suspended, Possession of a Syringe, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
Dunston was held on a $1,500 cash bond but was released with NO Judicial Review Thursday about 11 p.m.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
