2 Arrested at Economy Inn for Disorderly Conduct

On Tuesday, June 6^th at 9:22 P.M. Plymouth Police were dispatched to 2535 North Michigan Street, the Economy Inn, for a public disturbance.

Arriving on the scene officers began an investigation into the complaint.  Two individuals were taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct,:

32-year-old Matthew Concepcion of LaPorte and

40-year-old Paul Anthony Williams of Knox.  Both were held on $250 cash bonds.  They were both released Thursday after 9 p.m. with No Judicial Review.   

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
