On Monday, June 5, 2023, Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to River Park Square at about 2:30 in the morning for the report of a male subject with a gun.
Arriving on the scene Officer Lovely found 40-year-old Jared Warner who is listed as homeless in possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Jared Warner was placed under arrest and transported to Marshall County Jail where he was booked for Possession of Drugs.
