The Plymouth Water Department will be conducting the annual flushing of its water mains in early June. This may create temporary pressure fluctuations and discoloration of your city drinking water. If your water should become discolored water, please run your cold water for approximately 5 to 10 minutes. If the discolored water continues, please call the Plymouth Water Department 574-936-2543.
Water main flushing is scheduled to begin on June 5th. Plymouth Utility Superintendent Donny Davidson said in a release to the media, “We will attempt to minimize the inconveniences these improvements may create.” Again, if there are any problems please contact the Plymouth Water Department at 574-936-2543.
