The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a 911 call about 2:15 Sunday afternoon, May 28th of a male subject in a silver SUV traveling southbound on Michigan Road from LaPaz tailgating and harassing his estranged wife.
Marshall County deputies and Plymouth Police Officers were notified of the situation.
Officer Truty with the Sheriff’s Department located the suspected vehicle and initiated a traffic stop in the McDonald’s parking lot on North Michigan Street in Plymouth.
During the investigation, the officer discovered that the driver Shawn T Buck, 49, of the 100 block of North Michigan Street in LaPaz was exhibiting signs of alcohol intoxication. He was transported to the County Jail and booked for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated at .15% or more and Operating a Vehicle Endangering. Shawn Buck was held on a $1,500 cash.
