The City of Plymouth will conduct its regular meetings on Monday evening at 6 with the Board of Public Works and Safety and the Common Council at 6:30. The meetings are conducted in the second-floor meeting room of City Hall. 

During the Board of Public Works and Safety meeting, members will hear reports from various department heads.  Street Superintendent Jim Marquardt will open bids for the 2023 Street Paving Projects, and they will continue to discuss the crosswalk request of the Trinity United Methodist Church. 

A public hearing for additional appropriations will be held during the Common Council meeting and members will consider the second and third reading of an ordinance setting meal reimbursements for employees traveling for work. 

The council will consider two resolutions, one for the additional appropriation and the second for a transfer in the Motor Vehicle Highway budget.
