34-year-old Debra Bradbury of 7th Road in Plymouth was arrested on Friday, May 5th by Officer Baker with the Plymouth Police Department.
Just after 9 p.m., Officer Baker was traveling north on Michigan Street when he observed a silver sedan with no headlights illuminated. A traffic stop was conducted at Michigan and Klinger Streets.
After an investigation it was determined the driver, Debra Bradbury, was under the influence of a controlled substance. She was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated.
