The Marshall County Commissioners will meet (this, Monday) morning at 8:30 in their second-floor meeting room of the County building.
The commissioners have several topics on their agenda. Highway Superintendent Jason Peters will not be attending but someone from his department will provide the commissioners with details. The commissioners will open bids for the Community Crossings and additional paving projects for 2023.
Jerry Huss from Weights and Measurers will present a department update to the commissioners and County Clerk Jenny Bennitt is seeking approval to purchase a new copy machine. Sheriff Matt Hassel will present quotes to replace the radio and main control desks and to recarpet the Central Dispatch Center.
Sandy Dunfee from the County Health Department is seeking a commissioner appointment to the Health Board and Jim Clevenger the County Attorney will report along with County Auditor Angie Birchmeier who will present the minutes for April 14th& 17th along with the claims and an agreement for the Codification of ordinances.
Under Commissioner Items are the appointment of 5 members to the Regional Sewer Board and an appendix to the Baker Tilly engagement.
