Officer John Weir with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a silver Cadillac at Michigan and Skylane Drive on Monday, January 23rd at about 11:15 in the morning for an infraction. The driver, 42-year-old Angela Manns of State Road 10 in Culver was found to have an active warrant out of Marshall County.
Angela Manns was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held for Theft-Embezzlement.
