Plymouth Police were dispatched to an intoxicated female that had walked out of the Plymouth Hospital on Thursday, January 12th just after 7 p.m.

Plymouth Police Officers located 44-year-old Heather Manns of Knox in front of the Dairy Queen on West Jefferson Street.

During a brief investigation, officers learned that Heather had an active felony warrant through Marshall County for Failure to Appear. She was transported to Marshall County Jail and booked for the Failure to Appear Felony Warrant and Public Intoxication.  Her cash bond was set at $250. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
