On October 25th, 2022, 42-year-old Otis Young of West Harrison Street in Plymouth violated his conditions of Community Corrections by leaving the area after his GPS monitor was disabled.
Young was located in West Virginia and taken into custody by the West Virginia State Police for an outstanding warrant through Marshall County. He was transported back to Marshall County and booked into the County Jail on Friday, January 6th, 2023. He is being held with no bond.
