On Wednesday, January 4th Officer Joh Weir with the Plymouth Police Department arrested two individuals in two separate incidents.

At about 10 a.m. Plymouth Police units were dispatched to 112 West Jefferson Street, the Marshall County Building, in reference to a subject that had active warrants.

Officer Weir located 28-year-old Sean Patrick Byrne of Michigan.  He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in and held with no bond on the Warrants.   

At about 2 p.m. on January 4th Officer Wier stopped 38-year-old Ronny Rafael Bohorquez Del Croce of Plymouth for several traffic infractions.  It was found that he never possessed a driver’s license. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked for Operator Never Licensed. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
