Municipal candidates are beginning to file for various seats in the city and towns in Marshall County.  

On Wednesday, January 4th Democrat Kimberly Berger filed for reelection as the Bourbon Town Clerk-Treasurer.  Kim is seeking her fifth term as clerk-treasurer.  She began her career in the clerk’s office on January 1, 2004. 

Also filing on Wednesday were Republicans Ward Byers who is seeking his second term on the Bourbon Town Council and Terry Clemens who was caucused into the position in November 2020 filling a vacancy left when PJ Hanley Jr. resigned midterm.  Clemens is running on the ballot for the first time in this municipal election for the Bourbon Town Council seat he currently holds.
