Members of the Marshall County Council will meet Monday at 9 a.m. in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building. 

The agenda for the meeting includes a modification of the 2023 Salary Ordinance in Marshall Superior Court III by Judge Sarber.

The council will also consider additional appropriations for the Surveyor and Coroner in the General Fund in the amount of $8,010.60.  The Cum Bridge Fund is seeking two additionals in the amount of $103,200 and $61,517 for bridges on 11th Road, Union Road, Tamarack Road, and Queen Road.   Marshall County Solid Waste is seeking approval of $16,000 for miscellaneous equipment, universal waste, commodity recycling, and tires.  The Council will also consider the appropriation of $525,000 from the American Rescue Plan funds for the Blue Zones Project.

Council members will also consider several transfer requests along with the appointment of Maria Keller to the County Alcohol Beverage Commission board, approval of the Sheriff’s 2023 contract, and a resolution to transfer funds into the Rainy-Day account.
