The openings include one seat on the Plan Commission.  This seat is appointed by the Town Council President and is for a 4-year term.  In order to keep the commission politically balanced per state statute, the appointees should be republican or independent.   There is also one seat on the Board of Zoning Appeals seat appointed by the town council president to a four-year term.
