1st Source Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Kimberly Bates, Plymouth Banking Center Manager, to Vice President of the Bank.
In addition to her management of the Plymouth banking center, Mrs. Bates has managerial oversight of the LaPaz and Argos banking centers while also overseeing 1st Source Bank’s client relationships at Culver Academies. She also serves as the Lead Life Transition Specialist in her region.
In the community, Mrs. Bates has served the Marshall County Fair Board and the Marshall County 4-H Program in different capacities for 40 years. She is also a member of the Board of Marshall County Council on Aging.
