The Marshall County Drainage Board meets this morning at 8:30 in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building.
The agenda includes opening maintenance bids for the O. Martin-Border Ditch and the James Porter Ditch. Members will consider the request of Marlin Mullet for a variance on the Gall-Unsicker Ditch.
Pamela Dugan from EutroPhix will discuss the regulated ditches at Lake of the Woods and the County Drainage Board will discuss the unauthorized excavation of the J Ballinger – Myers Ditch with Merl and Donald Hayn. There is also an obstruction petition by Merl Hayn on a mutual/private drain.
Jim Langfeldt from Mr. Storage will discuss a variance of the Wallace Ditch to the Newcomb-Eisenhour.
The County Drainage Board meeting is open to the public and comments and questions are always welcome.
