On Saturday, September 17th, 2022 at approximately 2:00 AM, a Marshall County Police Officer initiated a traffic stop in the area of Lincoln Highway and Queen Road on a gray 2013 Nissan Altima.
During the investigation, the driver of the vehicle, Ronald E. Grady of Walkerton was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Field Sobriety testing and a certified chemical test were completed, and he was found to be almost two times the legal limit of alcohol.
Ronald Grady was transported to the Marshall County Jail and processed for Operating a Vehicle with a BAC of .08 or more and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering.
