The Marshall County Museum is sponsoring another Brown Bag Lunch event this Friday, September 9th at noon at the museum located at 123 North Michigan Street in downtown Plymouth.

Historic Downtown Bremen has transformed in the past 5-years as volunteers have pushed the boundaries regarding how design, architecture, and historic preservation impacts people and overall place, Bremen Community Cares Main Street, a non-profit overseen by Matthew VanSoest is championing many Quality-of-Life initiatives.  Their current and ongoing capstone project is restoring a 150-year-old church and transforming it into a community and performing arts center.

Matthew VanSoest is a lifelong member of Bremen, a 2004 graduate of Bremen High School, and has a Master’s Degree in Architecture and Urban Design.
