Cody Welch Arrested in Inwood for Neglect of Dependent & Invasion of Privacy

25-year-old Cody Welch of Plymouth was located at his residence at 10682 Hawthorne Road lot 7 in Inwood on Thursday, September 1^st. 

Welch was arrested on a felony warrant for Level 6 Neglect of a Dependent and misdemeanor Invasion of Privacy. He was taken into custody without incident by Detective McIntyre with the Plymouth Police Department and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
