On Wednesday, June 15th just before 1 a.m. officers from the Plymouth Police Department responded to a domestic disturbance in the 800 block of South Michigan Street.
The report was for a battery that had taken place.

After an investigation, 29-year-old Whitney Olivarez of Argos was arrested for Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury and Public Intoxication, and 25-year-old Jessica Montez also of Argos was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated and Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury.

Both were transported to the Marshall County Jail. Olivarez was held on a $500 cash bond which was paid at 3:30 Wednesday afternoon and she was released. Monte was held on a $1,500 cash bond that was paid about 3 p.m. Wednesday and she was released.
