On Saturday, May 21st at approximately 12:35 in the morning, Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at Jefferson and Center Streets.
43-year-old Guillermo Gutierrez of Chihuahua Mexico was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated and incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail. He was held until about 1:15 in the afternoon when his cash bond was paid, and he was released.
