Plymouth Police units were dispatched to 707 Pearl Street Saturday evening May 14th at about 6:45 for a report of a domestic battery.
After an investigation, 33-year-old Derrick Crockett of 13th Road in Plymouth was located walking through the neighborhood and was taken into custody. He was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a felony charge of domestic battery in the presence of children and held on a $1,500 cash bond. He was released Monday evening at 8:30 with NO JUDICIAL REVIEW.
