Plymouth Police were dispatched to a public disturbance Friday evening, May 13th about 10:15 near the Brass Rail in downtown Plymouth.

During an investigation by Officer Arnold, 24-year-old Westin Bush-Berdine of Union Road Culver was arrested for Public Intoxication, Resisting Law Enforcement, and Battery on a Law Enforcement Official by bodily waste.

Westin Bush-Berdine was incarcerated in the Marshall County jail on a $1,500 cash bond.  He was released with NO JUDICIAL REVIEW on Sunday, May 15th at 10:15 P.M.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
