A 19-year-old Plymouth man was arrested Friday evening at about 9:30 following a traffic stop.
Jose Alvarez-Flores of East Adams Street in Plymouth was stopped by Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department at North Oak Drive and West Jefferson Street.
Jose Alvarez-Flores was arrested for Operating a vehicle While Never Receiving a License. He was released Friday night at 11:45 after posting a cash bond.
