The City of Plymouth will conduct its regular meetings Monday evening, with the Board of Public Works and Safety at 6 p.m. and the Common Council meeting at 6:30 p.m. 

The Board of Public Works and Safety will hear from various department heads including the city attorney who will present a resolution regarding the Tech-Farm land sale proceeds pertaining to HP Plymouth LLC for the Renewal by Anderson for a distribution center.  The board of Works will consider three requests for street closures: the annual downtown Tractor Show, the Memorial Day Ceremony and the Recovery Walk. 

The Common Council will conduct a public hearing on the tax Abatement request of HP Plymouth LLC and later in the meeting they will consider a resolution designating the area on the west end of Miller Drive as an Economic Revitalization Area. 

The City Council will vote on the second and third readings for the annexation of the Masterson property on the city’s north side and consider a resolution contributing up to 25% of the city’s ARP Funds or $520,000 for Blue Zones, a community well-being initiative designed to change the way people live with gentle nudges to make healthier choices.  The council will also continue discussing the Plymouth Fire Department equipment issues.

The City meetings are open to the public but comments and questions are limited to agenda items.
