Plymouth Police responded to a domestic disturbance at 2550 North Michigan Street, the Red Rock Inn Wednesday evening at about 6.
Officer Fase conducted an investigation and discovered that 52-year-old Martin Divens with a Lakeville address had forced his way into another resident’s room without permission and battered a juvenile.
Martin Divens was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked for Residential Entry and Battery of a Person Less Than 14 Years Old. Divens was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
