Plymouth Police Officers responded to a complaint of a person lying down on the sidewalk along Oak Drive Monday afternoon at about 3:15.
31-year-old Steven Colindress of Rochester was found to be sleeping and intoxicated. He was arrested for Public Intoxication and lodged in the Marshall County Jail. The cash bond for Mr. Colindress was $250.
