The Lancer track team kicked off their week on Tuesday for the first of three away meets. A balanced effort in all events from the Lady Lancers lead to a big win in a David & Goliath match up against host New Prairie and Riley High Schools. Seniors Madelyn Fuchs and Olivia Goze lead the scoring charge with their perfect performances. Fuchs won the high jump, 200M and anchored the winning 4x400M & 4x100M relays. Goze also assisted in the 4x100M win, and picked up first place in the 100M and long jump. Faith Rock & Lucy Sherk won the Discus and shot put respectively while Lauren Edison crossed the finish first in 100M Hurdles and several Lady Lancers helped secure the win. The Ladies will square off against South Central on Thursday night starting with field events at 5:30 EST.
