On Friday, April 8th at about 3 in the afternoon Plymouth Police arrested 29-year-old Ryne England from Plymouth outside the Plymouth City Building at Michigan and Garro Streets.
Ryne England was arrested for an outstanding warrant. He was wanted for Strangulation and Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury.
England was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail at about 3:45. He was released about 5:15 after posting bond.
