A traffic stop by Plymouth Police at about 3:45 Tuesday afternoon resulted in the arrest of two people. 

Officer Fase stopped a vehicle at U.S. 30 and U.S. 31.  42-year-old Gary Miller of Claypool and 28-year-old Tiffany Riddle of Warsaw were arrested following a traffic stop.

Gary Miller was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, False Informing, and an outstanding warrant. His cash bond was $500 but he also had a hold for an out-of-county department.

Tiffany Riddle was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Narcotic Drug. She was held on a $1,500 cash bond. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
