On Friday, April 1st at approximately 6:30 in the evening, officers responded to the Carriage Green Apartment complex just off Baker Street after receiving reports of an intoxicated male yelling at a female.
The male subject was located in the parking lot of the apartment complex and was identified as Jose Luba, 36, of Dickson Street in Plymouth.
Jose Luba was arrested for Public Intoxication and incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail. He bonded out at 4:15 Saturday morning.
