Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department made a traffic stop Thursday morning, just after midnight at North Michigan and West Monroe Streets.
The driver 37-year-old Daniel Hernandez-Rodriguez of California also with a North Michigan Street address in Plymouth was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated and Operating a motor vehicle While Never Licensed.
