Commissioners Consider Resolution for Petition to Establish Regional Sewer District

The Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday morning, March 7^th at 8:30 in the second-floor meeting room in the County Building. 

Agenda for the meeting includes a report from Highway Superintendent Jason Peters.  Sheriff Matt Hassel will discuss the process of retirement for K-9 Iroc and Emergency Management Director Clyde Avery will present his quarterly report. 

The commissioners will hear from Dave George from the Pretty Lake Subdivision as well as County Attorney Jim Clevenger with his report and Auditor Julie Fox with her report.

The County Commissioners will consider a resolution to send a petition to Indianapolis to establish a Regional Sewer District after conducting a public hearing earlier this year.  They will also consider a resolution on the opioid agreement.

The commissioners meeting is open to the public and comments and questions are always welcome.
