County Drainage Board Approves Amendments to the 2022 Drainage Maintenance Assessments

The Marshall County Drainage Board approved amendments to the 2022 Drainage Maintenance Assessments during their meeting Monday. 

County Surveyor Craig Cultice said he did a further reviewed of the current maintenance account balances and determined the balances of several ditches met the statutory requirement.  The County Drainage Board approved the recommendation to remove the Mechling-Brockey Ditch, Lemert-Johnson ditch, Redinger, Suseland, Armey, Warstler, Worsham and York ditches.  The status of these additional drains will be non-collection for 2022.  They will be added to the list that was approved on January 14^th of this year.
