The Marshall County Drainage Board approved amendments to the 2022 Drainage Maintenance Assessments during their meeting Monday.

County Surveyor Craig Cultice said he did a further reviewed of the current maintenance account balances and determined the balances of several ditches met the statutory requirement.  The County Drainage Board approved the recommendation to remove the Mechling-Brockey Ditch, Lemert-Johnson ditch, Redinger, Suseland, Armey, Warstler, Worsham and York ditches.  The status of these additional drains will be non-collection for 2022.  They will be added to the list that was approved on January 14th of this year.
