The City of Plymouth will conduct their meetings Monday evening beginning at 6 p.m. with the Board of Public Works and Safety followed at 6:30 by the Common Council meeting.

The Board of Public Works will open bids for River Park Square Phase II, hear from various department heads along with the City Attorney and Clerk Treasurer. 

The Common Council meeting begins at 6:30 and will hear a request from the HR director to approve the Firefighter Inspector Position.  The Clerk Treasurer will present a request to waive the late fees for the Plymouth Community School Corporation and accept the $1,000 donation from the Auto Park to the Plymouth Police Department. 

Also on the agenda is a resolution amending the economic development plan for the U.S. 30/Pine Road TIF District # 3 which would financially support a solar field project at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. 

The City meetings are conducted in the second floor Council Chambers of City Hall.  They are open to the public although comments and questions are limited to agenda items only.  Those attending should enter through the Garro Street entrance and move to the second floor for the meeting.
