Plymouth Community School and Saint Joseph Health Center are partnering to offer a couple of COVID Vaccination Clinics next month.
On December 7th vaccinations will be available at the Lincoln Junior High from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. The clinic will be held in the cafeteria. Those participating should enter through Door # 12.
On December 10th vaccinations will be offered at Menominee Elementary School from 4 pm to 6:00pm. The clinic will be held in the school cafeteria.
Children age 5 and up and adults seeking the COVID vaccine are welcome. There is no need to pre-register, walk-ins are welcome.
Parents with questions are encouraged to contact their School Nurse.
Parents and adults are asked to bring their insurance card.
