Mitchell Mawhorter, Superintendent of the Plymouth Community School Corporation is excited to announce they are partnering with St. Joseph Health System to bring Covid vaccine clinics to their students ages 5 and up.
The first clinic will be held at the Lincoln Junior High cafeteria on Tuesday, November 16th from 3:30pm until 5:30pm. The school asks that you enter through Door 12 as you make your way to the cafeteria.
The second opportunity to get the vaccination will be held at Menominee Elementary on Friday, November 19th from 4:00 until 6:00pm in the cafeteria.
COVID-19 Vaccine clinics will also be held on December 7th at Lincoln Junior High from 3:30pm – 5:30pm in the Cafeteria. Participants should enter through Door # 12. On December 10th the clinic will be at Menominee Elementary from 4 pm – 6:00pm in the Cafeteria.
All students must be accompanied by a parent. Adults are also welcome to get the vaccine along with walk-ins.
St Joseph Health System asks you to bring your insurance card.
