The Marshall County Central Dispatch Center received a call in reference to an unknown injury accident in the area of 16C Road and Quince Road on November 4th about l9:45 in the evening.
Officer Rans with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department located the driver who was later identified as Kevin O`Brien, 51. Of Culver.
During the course of the accident investigation Officer Rans believed alcohol was a factor in the crash, so an OWI investigation was conducted. Kevin O`Brien was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for OWI .15% or Higher and Resisting Law Enforcement.
Mr. O`Brien was issued a Marshall Superior Court II court date of November 23, and a cash bond of $1,500.00
