On Thursday, November 4th at approximately 9:35 at night, Officer Finn with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of U.S. 30 and North Oak Drive. After an investigation, the driver, Joshua M. Howard, 32, of Lincolnshire, IL was arrested for OWI .15% or Higher. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1500 cash bond.
