A Plymouth man was arrested on Monday for Heroin and Driving While Suspended.

About 8:30 October 4th Officer Beatty with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at the corner of Third and W Jefferson Streets.

The driver, 31-year-old Tylor Keen was arrested for Driving While Suspended with a Prior charge and Possession of Heroin.   He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall county Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond and given an initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court III on November 16th
