Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop Labor Day Monday, September 6th about 1:45 in the morning near the intersection of West Jefferson Street and North Fifth Street.
The driver of the vehicle, Angel Gunderson, 36, of Plymouth was arrested for OWI Endangerment with a bac of .15 or greater and on an outstanding Marshall County warrant for Failure to Appear.
Gunderson was held with NO BOND for the warrant and a $1,500 cash bond for the OWI Endangering.
