Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle Sunday, August 29th about 2:30 in the morning near the intersection of North Michigan and West Harrison Streets.  The vehicle was driving erratically.

The driver of the vehicle was identified as Joshua Cole, 29, of Plymouth.

After an investigation Mr. Cole was arrested for OWI endangerment with a BAC of.15 or greater and OWI with a previous conviction in 7 years.  He was held on a $1,500 cash bond. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
