County Plan Commission Opens Bids for Clean-Up Work on Two Properties in Walkerton

The Marshall County Plan Commission opened bids for clean-up work at two properties during their meeting on July 22^nd.

The property at 2019 Rose Road in Walkerton is owned by Tony Lynn Borton while the property at 814 Queen Road in Walkerton is owned by Carrie Phelps.

Two bids were opened Thursday evening.  Jerry Reed Excavating of Mishawaka received the bid to clean up both projects. He bid $2,500 for each.  Hunter Transit of Plymouth bid on both as well bidding $2800 each.

Also listed on the agenda for the County Plan Commission was 17688 Vine Street in Tyner.  This property is owned by Thomas Hutchison.  Consideration was tabled until the August 26^th meeting.
